Refund policy

Eligibility

Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 14 days before the cohort start date and have not accessed live sessions or downloadable cohort materials beyond the public syllabus. Self-guided Signal Map purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of payment if less than 20% of recorded content has been accessed.

Timeframe for requests

Send refund requests within the windows above. Requests after a cohort begins are reviewed case by case under partial refund rules.

Full vs partial refunds

If you withdraw after the first live session but before the third, we may offer a partial refund of up to 50% of tuition, less any non-recoverable facilitator costs disclosed at enrollment. After the third session, tuition is generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we cancel the program.

Non-refundable items

Private Delivery Lab discovery fees already performed, third-party venue costs for optional in-person meetups, and issued completion certificates are non-refundable. Gift enrollments follow the same windows measured from the recipient’s access date.

Refund process

Email hello@devops-dynamics.digital with your full name, invoice number, course name, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within two business days and outline next steps.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method or via bank transfer for purchase-order clients. Currency conversion differences and bank fees charged by your institution are outside our control.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of tuition paid for that cohort.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies, military service obligations in Korea, or employer-mandated travel that prevents attendance may qualify for transfer or partial credit outside standard windows. We may request reasonable documentation.
